title: The Decision Actually Blocking Your Agency
description: "Most of the drag in an agency is not the big decision. It is the small one nobody made: the client you have not let go, the rate you have not raised, the hire you keep pushing a quarter. These feel high-stakes because they are unmade, not because they are consequential, and the cost sits in the wait. Seth Weiss works with the person carrying a decision and helps them close it. In this session he'll show why the unmade decision costs more than the wrong one, work one member's real stuck decision live, and hand you a one-page tool for closing your own... and for moving clients who are stuck the same way."

The Decision Actually Blocking Your Agency

### **Tuesday, October 13, 2026, 12:00-1:00pm ET**

Most of the drag in an agency is not the big decision. In this session, he'll show why the unmade decision costs more than the wrong one, work one member's real stuck decision live, and hand you a one-page tool for closing your own... and for moving clients who are stuck the same way.
